      Hi, I can feel your pain and hopelesness, but this is not the time to quit. Me too, I hate how porn makes me feel, I hate those many relapses. But we need to get up, time and time again! Don't give up, even when it's difficult. You are a great person, but to truly prove and show that, you need to let go of porn. Try. And start taking babysteps. You'll get there.
