The 2000s were a better time objectively and I say that with the nostalgia goggles off. Times were simpler, it cost less to live. It isn't the same nowadays.

It’s rough but I think our outlook of wanting temptations/urges to never happen is another part of our issue with fantasy. There isn’t going to be such a time, so when we war against that reality we make dealing with it more difficult. If we accept life as it is, then that can sometimes make carrying its burdens less stressful.

Luke Smith made a great video on how fantasising is demonic. Fyodor Dostoyevsky wrote in one of his short stories of a man so obsessed with talking to himself that he would get angry when real people would interrupt. Fantasy is evil, we can't let it control us. It is not real. It is the bastardization of imagination - the Gift which God gave us.

Life will always be rubbish because we make it rubbish. Truth is, we WANT suffering. God knows we're sadistic, cruel little shits because he created us and knows our struggles. All we can do is reject our sinful ways as much as we could and pray to God for our salvation.

YouTube is one of the ones that's hard to whitelist, so I use an extension that blocks out the recommendation feed so you only see what you search for. No distractions. Works very well imo. My mind turns to mush after the 3 hour mark lol.

Yeah, I can lose a lot of time on YouTube which never ends well. On my phone I’ve blocked YouTube.com and m.YouTube.com, so I don’t get it on my phone. This makes it so I can only access it at home on the computer, which is further layered with blockers/filters so I don’t get too distracted while using it. I’m a mess lol

YouTube is a blessing and a curse. The site is being intentionally turned more and more into Tik Tok through UI changes and algorithmic pushes. I find that I am being subscribed and unsubscribed to various different channels. It sucks so much.

Get a husband maybe, start a family and work a decent job. Right now, my brain is too slow to compute. The world is too complex.

First time having fully p-unfiltered Internet access in nearly 5 months. I watched different types, most gay stuff and some bisexual. I'm not really attracted to women's breasts much and vaginas are a complete turn off for me. I like a wide range of body-types from slim to muscular. I can't tell what my sexuality is and it's deeply frustrating me.

I can't go a week anymore without relapsing, my brain won't allow itself to reset and focus. I feel constantly drained and miserable, and I know if I just stop doing this one habit then all of that will go away.

I've cleared off my laptop and plan on handing it back tomorrow. I don't need it anymore, and I have a dumb phone to access my account now. If it's gonna make me relapse from now then I need rid of it.
