This isn't really triggering but it describes a little of what happens behind the scenes if you even care to watch:

 

I'm a man of science and logic. I'm also a friend of God and Allah and Yahweh believers. I'm also a Buddhist. I'm also a student of Daoism. And I'm a friend of every other human being regardless of their beliefs or lack thereof.

How about those people who still say there is nothing wrong with porn even with all the science and research out there? This forum is basically a sanctuary now, these people get eaten alive here these days.

 

There isn't much literature out there these days on how to stop masturbating. The last book on the subject I came across was from the early 20th century but was a classic. YouTube is a great resource for this kind of info.

 

There are videos that offer insight on how to quit masturbating with or without porn without mention of God. I'm sharing things across the board here,

 

I'm not looking forward to this power surge. It wastes my time and energy but such is my duty. This certainly is overkill you could say but overkill is needed at this time. The funny thing about porn in general is that it seems to grow stronger when you attack it. It's very counterintuitive, I mean new science and research is still coming out that proves how harmful porn is yet the industry is still booming and sex slavery and human trafficking are continuing to grow thanks to the proliferation of hardcore porn on the internet.

Rape and prostitution are at all time sickening highs thanks to hardcore pornography on the internet. Rape and prostitution have always had porn to thank for an increase in them but never as on such a sickening scale as today due to internet porn.

 

Why would I even want to attack porn here? To squash any remaining demand and yes it's around here, it also is not forever so just be patient with me here. Think of it like ushering in a wave of change that will ripple far out into the internet through this point. The wave comes on with tidal force, but then it's gone. I won't be coming back here to usher in another wave don't worry.

Why do I care so much about crushing the demand? To protect what matters to me and others.

 

Healing the underlying causes of all addictions will be returned to after the surge to complete this exercise

 

Before you can heal any addiction, you must first understand what causes it. It's not what the compulsive behavior does to your brain, that's a side effect.

Does YouTube have a staff blog? I don't know. Let me go look actually. Turns out they do, youtube.googleblog.com I still think Vimeo is classier. Except for the people who have to post sexually objectifying content. Why do people need to objectify themselves and others for the world to watch? That is the pinnacle of being a dysfunctional human being (well minus killing people I guess). Tribes lived nude (not sure if naked tribes still exist) but nudity isn't sexual exploitation in and of itself. The Devil's in the details you could say.

 

I think we will do another A to Z animal therapy bout before the surge. One letter per day.

Discipline > motivation. I suppose if one isn't motivated whatsoever they wouldn't want to be disciplined perhaps? Motivation comes in all kinds of forms I guess. I prefer aspiration myself.
