    hi......finally i am here....after a lots of confusion ....got to know that i am suffering from anxiety and depression from past many years...now when am of 25+ i finally make a judgement that i am suffering from a addiction...call it arousal addiction or sexual addiction .......after tracing my behaviour from so many of years i concluded that with the symptoms i am having.......i know still my friend circle and most of my knowns will say " its natural , its not a addiction" but i know that its not natural.....with a lot of shame regret and guilt i have for my bheviours and memory i hold...am not able to share it with anyone.......but now finally i got some place , where i think i can find people who are going through the same journey of struggle as i .....As great Albert Einsten's said...Learn from Past LIve in Present and Hope for Future....I am here with the same motto..to help myself and the others ...which i think is in a huge percentage , but are not able to reach at this conclusion easily.....thanks alexender for creating this community..... :) :)

    • Do not touch your penis unless you are peeing or washing it - no exceptions.
    • Do not use porn (in any form), do not masturbate or cum - called hard mode.
    • Remove sexual thoughts and images from your mind, completely/instantaneously.
    • When weakening from temptation get up and do something: for example, exercise.
    • Find a strict Accountability Partner, the best would be someone you know and trust. o_O

    Here are some strategies that may be helpful:
    • Get an accountability partner here
    • Start a journal here: go to Reboot Logs, select your age group and Post New Thread.
    • Read three article a day in a field you are interested in.
    • 20 minutes of meditation at least once a day (twice a day is better--start with 5 minutes, gradually increase.)
    • Drink about 2 liters of water per day.
    • Exercise for 30 minutes each day.
    • Learn time management. (Many articles on line)
    • Learn about self confidence and motivation. (RSDTyler on youtube is great.)
    • Get at least 6-7 hours of sleep.
    • Learn a new skill, something you always wanted to do.
    • Take online courses. (Udemy has lots of free ones)
    • Read a self help book.
    • Go out and socialize.
