I'm not sure, but I'm thinking what you're referring to is probably precum. If that's the case, then no you're fine. It just means that you were turned on. I would avoid watching things like that while doing NoFap though, it can lead to relapse, and might be a psub. A "psub" (porn substitute) is something that isn't technically porn, but that you're still getting your 'fix' from, watch out for those! I feel victim to them and relapsed!
