Besides seeking support from here onNoFap, what else do you plan to do to be successful this time? Do you have an accountability partner or support group? Have you read any books or articles to become better informed about addiction and what it takes for long-term recovery? CSAT therapy? Any deep introspection to discover the actual root of the problem because it likely isn't no sex due to your wife being away for awhile. Well done on your year of abstinence. That's a great accomplishment. I believe if you can go without P for a year, you can go for a lifetime. You just have to commit to it and do the work, even through the more difficult times. It's not easy by any means, but it's worth it.
