WHY YOU RELAPSED?

    From all of my years of failed nofap attempts, I was able to reduce my relapses into 4 motives.
    1. Emotionally upset. (Had a fight or argument with someone that I care or I'm super depressed)
    2. Physical urges. (Huge physical side effects like big anxiety, nervousness, brain fog, can't work, can't concentrate)
    3. Edging. (If I start looking at sexy girls online, If I peek at the porn site for a second, If I get an erotic video on my phone, I will not be able to resist)
    4. Being Stupid. (Out of the blue, when everyone leaves the house, or at sleep time, your brain tricks you to think and believe that the next time is the last time. And I believe it)
    If I'm able to find ways to avoid the above, I'll be ok.

    I did notice that I usually relapse more on numbers #2 and #4.
    For number #1, it is very hard for me to get into big emotional issues.
    For #3, I have porn blockers on my computer and phone, DNS blockers, not on any WhatsApp groups, and I'm not on Instagram or Facebook and hate Ticktok.
    For number #4, dude, it's sooo hard to say no to the brain when convinced that everything will ok, this is the last time, after that you can stop, and actually you kind of forget all of the reasons why you want to quit.

    So, yep, being stupid and having physical urges are the worse.

    My main trigger for MO/PMO has been to release tension that has build up within me for whatever reason. The healthy response I have found is of course to resolve the tension naturally - figure out the problem that bothers me, and handle it.

DO YOUR HOBBIES IN FREE TIME, LISTEN TO MUSIC, GO OUT WITH FRIENDS I YOU DO NOT HAVE FRIENDS TO HANG OUT WITH THEN GO OUT ALONE AND TRY TO MAKE FRIENDS, EXERCISE REGULARLY. TAKE YOUR TIME BRO TO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO JUST DO IT BUT NEVER LOSE HOPE.

    This is for blokes. I’ve been working at this for about 10 years now. I have been several years of being single and also several years in a relationship. Here’s a few tips, I’d add some more when I think of them.

    * Best thing is to practice Karezza.
    * Exercise and be generally healthy & strong. Don’t spend all day sitting around.
    * Exercise moderately every day if you are single as it burns up some energy and keeps you focused and manly (not a weedy guy who sits at the desk all day whose testicles shrink and voice is shaky).
    * Avoid arguements and anything that makes you emotionally disturbed. maybe the emotional tension and discomfort leads to seeking plesaure while asleep. on that note, just try to relax all day. This seems like the most important key, stay balanced and relaxed.
    * Try to go to sleep feeling clear and relaxed, some gentle meditation before sleep can help.
    * Dont sleep on your stomach. Don’t wear tight clothes to bed.
    * Generally avoid really spicy foods. avoiding pork may help.
    * Try not to be lustful during the day in your thoughts, actions, feelings etc. Just make sure that you don’t cause tension in avoiding these things. the idea is not supression but overcoming through understanding and learning.

    * A technique I learnt, I would spend maybe 10 minutes or so breathing the energy when I was single, seemed to make a big difference. normally do it at night just a bit before I go to bed.

    HAM SAH PRACTICE (quote from Samael Aun Weor, also taught well by Belzebuub):
    Sit down comfortably: the eastern way (cross-legged) or the western way (on a comfortable armchair). Relax your bodies as children do.

    Inhale deeply, very slowly, and imagine that the creative energy rises through the spermatic channels up to the brain; mentally pronounce the mantra HAM like this: HAAAAAAAMM.

    Exhale, short and quick, as you pronounce aloud the mantra SAH: SAAAAHH…

    Undoubtedly, you inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. While inhaling, you “mantralize” the sacred syllabe HAM (mentally, since you are inhaling through the nose); but you can articulate the syllabe SAH with sound while you exhale.

    My original tip:- whenever you get erotic dreams get up start doing pushups and run as fast as you can or start jumping for at least 30 sec then breathe in and out . Sounds crazy but iy works effectively. But don't try to do the pushups in excess amount

    I relapsed so many times for so many years because of me being extreme at nofap . Everything I considered as a relapse . Only by washing myself I get stimulations or just by laying in bed I get stimulated and I considered that as a relapse and then I gone all the way .

    A relapse at least in some way is unavoidable . Stimulations are completely unavoidable . 2 months from now , I will again experience almost O only by laying in bed . It is unavoidable .

  18. you can learn tips from google to make new friends try to be social if possible if not then just play a party music and dance celebrate your loneliness it will start turning into a positive feeling and whatever you feel to share you can share with me i am always there to listen you bro don't feel bad on this.
