Why is hard mode nearly impossible? & A accountability group question

I think the rebooting process varies from person to person. When you consider all the variables like how intense the addiction was, how often you masturbated etc, it makes sense. Also, in my experiences it's easier if you don't think of it as a "challenge"; that makes it more difficult to reach that point and might trick your brain into relapsing when you reach it.

 

Try monkmode. That's nearly impossible. My 24 days hard mode is a lot easier than my 5 days monkmode.

its not impossible man. our brain responds to language, so if youre going to say anything to yourself say 'hard', not 'impossible'.

im not trying to show off, just motivate you man. if someone like me, whose life revolved around addictions can do it then so can you. get to the point where your vision of your post-PMO life pulls you towards it, rather than pushing yourself from where you are to get past PMO. its get a lot easier then
