I would disagree because a workaholic is cheating on you because instead of having an affair with a man she's having an affair with her work. And really in my ex's case, it was all for nothing because her boss was imprisoned for tax avoidance and the person who replaced her boss hated her and refused to pay her. In the end, she left the company because the company turned into a big mess. After quitting she couldn't handle not working - she was like a drug addict with their drugs. Soon after that, I ended the relationship because I had enough of the mistreatment.

I think there needs a balance - there are times when we work hard but it doesn't take over our lives. Work shouldn't stop us from investing time in relationships. I think everyone's goal should be to work to live not live to work.

That's a bit judgemental. Working hard = running away and having unresolved pain, no it means they have a purpose, are driven, strong, ambitious, know what they want, have their priorities right, are attractive and admirable, and enjoy what they do. (among other good qualities)
