Which is worse peaking or edging?

I will vote on edging, that was already proved that is worse than masturbate and ejaculate. Peaking is easier to control and the damage is not too heavy if you stay aware and avoid the source that made you peak

Aren't they synonymous or what is the difference

 

Obviously edging and it’s not even a debate.

A peak could be considered a lapse, a blimp in your recovery, it’s like a recovering alcoholic taking a sip of a drink. You provide your brain a little tiny taste of the dopamine your addiction provides.

On the other hand, edging is seriously damaging, because not only does it cause you to engage in PMO, but you are consistently spiking your dopamine levels to extreme highs for a long time. When you edge for a long time, you can literally feel “high” off porn, it’s actually insane, but remember the drop off after you finish is absolutely devastating and you WILL feel like absolute garbage.

 

I'm all too familiar with edging, but I have never heard of peaking. What is peaking?

 

EDGING IS WORST

 

I think they did not mean ‘peaking’ (=reaching the highest point), but ‘peeking’ = having a glance quickly or furtively, for a short time (eg through a small opening or from a concealed location; peep). So looking for a short moment only on porn or porn substitute, not necessarily masturbating.

versus edging = spending a looot of time masturbating without orgasming

 

I don't even know what peaking is, and I still say edging is easily worse.

 

I think both are pretty bad, I felt the same side effects doing one or another.
