    after you start to recover when do you know its time, when due you realize you fucked up and make a change.... when do you realize change may not come....When due you now its time?

    Its different for everyone but i think you can recover when you don't feel the compulsive urge to see P when your life is in stress or you think you can escape your life with P and M . You make a change by NoFap when your life is a mess its a stand still life with nothing in it worth mentioning or may be there is and you are blind to it by seeing P. As along as you are alive you can keep trying is what i believe , change will happen depending upon how long you have been addicted. Its never time man , you need to be careful all life to beat this, be vigilant for triggers in tv, and social media.

    It’s difficult when you mind goes in 5 different directions thinking it found a new solution to a ever growing problem. Then your body wants to go another.....

    What’s really tough is my mind enjoys what my body is put through to gain pleasure. What I don’t like is when some put a sense of shame to that feeling instead of helping one understand how and why i feel this way
