On the other hand, you might fall into the illusion that you have some sort of relationship with that naked woman, which might make it even worse. Anyway, just stop it if you're serious about NoFap. We usually even suggest users to delete nude pictures and videos of their girlfriend.

 

It sounds like you're trying to allow yourself loopholes to continue the behavior. The addict is very clever--your addicted brain will think up a dozen rationalizations and technicalities to make PMO 'okay'.

The only way to reboot is to cut yourself off from it completely. Otherwise you never really give your brain an opportunity to heal and normalize.

 

@SuperFan hit the nail right on the head; this is a justification and a rationalization to keep up with the bad behavior. It's completely normal for addicts to do this, but you have to adopt a zero-tolerance attitude for ALL porn.
