What about Kegels on NoFap?

    Hey guys, I hope this is the right thread to ask my question in.

    I read this article a while ago, before having my first girlfriend and with that naughty stuff going on, but I still wanted to "prepare" since I've always come pretty fast.

    Of course I dropped the edging part, but I did Kegels for a while, multiple times a day, before letting it slack and now not having done any in a while.

    Do you guys have experience with Kegels or any other Method agains Premature Ejaculation? Let me know :)

  2. Yea, that's what I've always done and now I have the opposite problem (delayed ejaculation).. Never had PE though.

    Kegels are fine, just don't touch yourself. I actually recommend incorporating reverse kegels as well. Doing both will maximize your results. A lot of guys keep their pelvic floor muscles clenched the entire time they have sex or masturbate, but you should only do so sparingly.

    Haha would be too exhausting for me anyway... I heard about the STAB-Method (Squeeze, Think, Avoid, Breathe), where as you do those 4 things as soon as you feel like cumming (too) soon.

    But what about those reverse kegels? I've not yet heard of that what is it?

    Just Google them, they're essentially the opposite of kegels. You relax them as much as possible almost by simulating the sensation of taking a dump. Theoretically, you should be reverse kegeling the majority of the time you have sex, and kegeling when needed.

    I have some experience in kegels and reverse kegels and have posted about them in other threads.

    DO NOT
    do standard kegels if you suffer from PE. It will only make it worse.
    There is no harm in doing reverse kegels but from my experience it didn't make any significant difference.
    At the moment I'm working on doing kegels the correct way which is different from the standard kegels that you are probably familiar with.

    Standard kegels and reverse kegels worked just fine for me. The other component of PE that many seem to neglect is the psychological. You have to be able to deescalate your arousal when things get too hot. I like to think of cute cats. Works like a charm.
