Ok, in fact, nofap isn't a hard challenge, stay without masturbate and porn is being easy, howerver, i did it for 28 days. Exactly in the twenty-eighth day, when i slept, i had a wet dream and had a nocturnal emission. Man, I was so frustate.... man, i did get a lot of benefits, i didn't lose then after the nocturnal emission, but...wtf how could that happen? then, i tried nofap again, but in the seventh day i had the same thing. Then, i tried again, but in the tenth day, ALMOST THE SAME THING HAPPENED, THE DREAM I HAD THIS DAY WAS ABOUT FUCKING CARS, AND I WASN"T EVEN FUCKIN EXCITED, WTF, HOW DID I HAVE A NOTURNAL EMISSION???????? ok, now i'm trying again, today is the nineth day, and i had a wet dream, but for my surprise, i hadn't a nocturnal emission, but someone in the dream was saying "c'mon bro, don't do it, y'know it's wrong, don't cheat on yourself" then i woke up, and MY UNDERWEAR WASN'T WET. So the thing is.... i don't know when i'll have nocturnal emission again, so, how do i stop that?
I have a similar problem. Everytime I try to quit, I have a wet dream within an week of quitting. And my wet dreams are crazy, I vividly remember them. Some involve me in a sexual interaction, others involve me watching porn in my dreams. I have partail control of my dreams. Sometimes I'm able to leave the situation and not have a wet dream. Other times I give into the temptation in my dream and have a wet dream almost instantly. My wet dreams are not small either. I always wake up immeditaly and need to shower due to the size of emmision. I don't know how to change this and I feel like it hurts my progress. It goes to show that subconsciously, I have a lot of recovering to do. Any advice or stories I would appreciate them. Thanks. -trynaquit
I've had a few dirty dreams so far, one of them being profoundly vivid, but without any "nocturnal emission." I think its just different for everybody. Hmm... let me think. I typically sleep on my back, sometimes my side. Are you a stomach-sleeper? Feel free to ask me any questions.
I sleep on my side but I have some feeling that when I have a wet dream I wake up on my back. I haven't paid attention to it but now I will and if I have another one, hopefully not, I will report back.
I literally just posted in my journal about wet dreams (had one last night) and I can honestly say my dreams confuse me. A few weeks ago I had a vivid dream that I was masturbating but woke up completely dry, but all of my wet dreams have been, basically fast forward speed and blurry. Wet dreams are weird.
Just enjoy the wet dreams. They are your body’s way of dealing with sex in your subconscious. They are not a bad thing. You’re healing your psyche and that’s how your subconscious is dealing with it.

Wet dreams aren't a reset or relapse, but they can cause a chaser effect. You only reset your counter for voluntary conscious things. Watch out for "dry" wet dreams. You get the chaser from the orgasm, without the release of the ejaculation, so it's a double-whammy on temptation, usually giving bad blue balls. Don't give up your streak by masturbating!
True, in my case my wife and I take care of the waking needs together. No blue balls, thankfully. ;0)
