Weird problem

    Hi everyone.I have so weird problem.I was a prone masturbation addict for long time.I quit it normally.But sometimes i woke up at night and im doing prone masturbation(rubbing the bed).Normally in daytime i dont do that but at night this is happening.This looks like sexomnia but i think that its different because im awake when im doing that. I know this may sound weird.This makes me so sad and frustrated but i dont know how to fix this.
