I'm what.. 45 days in? I'm waiting for the return of my vitality. And although I do feel better I don't feel better enough lol. Other than cutting out jacking off... I go to the gym regularly. Ive cut out pretty much all junk food/added sugars (for my Canadian nofappers I declined a single timbit today) I take a male supplement I limit my carbs... But I don't feel amazing yet. Tips?
Like life energy ebbs and flows but there should be a consistent overall steady rising the longer you go. It never stops rising if you don't start allowing PMO to siphon it out of you. And if you don't start dissipating your vitality through other "loose" and "casual" ways..
I liked the word vitality enough to get it tattooed on my ribs. It reminds me daily how to live life. Awesome word choice
