    Thanks for sharing ur story.....Does nofap get easier after u reach the 300 day mark. .....Or is it a continuous battle

    It gets easier after 4 months BUT it still can be an ongoing battle if you let it. You have to start new good habits and never look back...if you do, the urges will come back and you'll talk yourself into relapsing.
