Based on your post though, it seems like you identify with being a pushover, which I think is part of the problem. It's totally normal to fail at things, that's a part of life and growth. I've failed at so many things that I wouldn't even be able guess a number of things I've failed at since it's probably astronomically so high. Do I identify as a failure, though? Absolutely not. So much of life is about your frame of mind. I view my failures as opportunities for growth, and I'm thankful for them. You shouldn't define yourself by your lowest points and weakest attributes, because then they'll manifest into reality and you'll really start to become your failures.

What type of person do you want to be in life? Who do you want to be? Clearly you do not want to be a failure, so what's that look like on the other side and what steps are you doing to become that type of person?
