The strength to fight urges...

Day 29..
Felt extreme urges yesterday and today.. Even took out my D and started to wank BUT STOPPED IMMEDIATELY! I may have dropped a single or two drops of semen.. BUT I FOUGHT AND WON! This is such a big achievement for me.. I am extremely grateful to everyone... I fought the world's biggest vice and overcame it.. I know I have still more to go but this a huge achievement for me...
I practice Yoga (Although I am still not regular) and transmuting my energy.. I am changing and I will at any cost... I will destroy my bad habits and anxiety...
Keep it going guys don't stop!
