SSRIs contribute to Low T. I have major clinical depression and take a prescription for Low T called Androgel. The SSRIs already suppress libido. You may not notice it at 19 but you will soon. Low T also contributes to poor sugar control and weight issues.

 

I wasn't able to get an erection for a year because of Low T and other SSRI side effects.

 

I could get erect or orgasm for a year so not too good.

I couldn't fap if I wanted to. I still have ED but not as severe. My ED is medication induced but P and too much 0 makes it worse. Porn was never a big thing to me.

 

The little pills don't work great so NoFap to me is an experiment. I only masturbate at most 2x a week not 14x times a day. Sometimes only 1x a week.

It is an androgen blocker. That's why it's suggested for enlarged prostates.

Edit: It won't lower testosterone, though. It pretty specific to the prostate and helps lower PSA.
