    Not doing great this month. My goal will be to succeed on more than 50% of days. But I'll also add that on most of the days I've failed, I've done better than I otherwise would.

    As I obsess about Covid-19, this has been a tough challenge to me, for me, and an important one. I feel my screen use reducing my productivity, taking time away from more valuable activities and hurting my eyes and muscular-skeleton.

    For now I'll try re-focusing on my implementation intentions. I'll also start using focusing software to block Twitter.
