2/3 That's very cool and matches my own experience. I recently installed a bidet in one of our toilets and still feel invincible because of it!
I realized there's nothing stopping me joining again. It's probably just what I need. No screens after 21:30. I try to keep going until at least the end of April.
2/7 Had a bad stretch of compulsively checking my phone for coronavirus news. All this screen time devoted to horrible news is interfering with my sleep and my work, feels like it's hurting my eyes and my back, and is leading to a lot of disturbing thoughts. I think this challenge might be the most important for my health right now. So I'll try to follow these implementation intentions, which I'll print and post a few places around my house: If I feel an urge to read about the coronavirus during a proscribed time, I'll meditate, read a book, clean, or call a friend or family member instead.
I ended up seeking information and browsing for 50 extra minutes. Only a strict deadline will be the most useful.
3/8 I think my implementation helped. My wife's also chosen to try to follow it. She's been having trouble with too much coronavirus googling too.
A bad failure yesterday regarding screen time. It also cost me as I was still awake at 5am. I just couldn't get sleep.
