  7. I let this drop for a while! While I didn't - while not posting - give up all my habits, I think I'll start at the beginning again, it does no harm.

    As of last night:

    Exercise - 1/21
    Meditate - 1/21
    Leave house - 1/21
    Self improvement - 1/21

    That's my baseline set of activities, let's see how they go!

    As of last night:

    Meditate - 2/21
    Leave house - 2/21 (freezing cold and soaking wet!)
    Self improvement - 2/21 - some excellent YouTube talks on Buddhism and meditation, look up "the Venerable Robina Courtin" if you'd like an Australian Buddhist nun snapping at you! ;)

    I think the advice is to try not to take on too many things at once - two is great, and if you miss a day don't give up and just get straight back on it!

    Those would be great choices, too. I watched a YouTube thing on neuroplasticity the other day (it was a Google Talk if you're looking for it) and the speaker, a top neuroscientist said those things, learning a new instrument and learning a new language, were the healthiest things you could do for your brain!
