Meditation - 6/21 (best 33) Exercise - 16/21 (best 45) Morning exercise - 4/21 Self-improvement - 7/21 Walking - 5/21 (best 49) No news - 0/21 (reset yesterday) I'm ditching a couple of my targets. Water after some discussion over at Darebee (the exercise site I use). I'm glad I started the challenge and I'm going to continue to try to drink more water, just not the eight glasses-a-day of the challenge. And cold showers I'm reverting to my continuing use of a warm to cold shower, though I will take the odd fully cold one. I've been doing that for so long now that I don't think it needs to be recorded here. Otherwise, all is going well. Keep on, fellas! Get your stuff done!
