18 days Decided to do home office today because I've caught a cold. Will be tough not to watch porn. But I have my emergency protocol. @Redemptionisrequired Agreed. And it makes abstaining from PMO even more difficult.
Day 7 The fantasies have lessened. I had a stressful situation in my work and I feel that I was victorious. I am reading one Seneca's letter per evening, they started to be quite long, but I am still reading them, I read them out loud so I wouldn't fall asleep. I feel that my will is coming back

Day 29 no PMO. I meditated last night before bed and it seemed to help me sleep better. I’ll try to make this my plan going forward. I’m feeling fine about my fishing yesterday. It was very brief and as I mentioned I didn’t see any pornography material. A friend sent me a link to an app that I hadn’t seen in a while and my brain was like “wonder if there is porn on here?” Dumb question right? There is basically porn (or something that leads to it) everywhere. In this case the app could lead to porn but luckily it didn’t lead me there this time. Conclusion: no need to be curious if this or that leads to porn. It does. Stay away!
Brother I think you have enough time to do Pmo things. I think brother you can create a daily schedule and work upon that schedule helps you to use that precious time to your important activities. It keeps you "busy' state and you don't have enough time engage pmo. After completing your goals , you can celebrate it by listening to music or sleeping or any leisure time activity. In simple that's the thing what i do.

Day 0 Ready to get back at it after a break. I planned to take longer off, but I can sense I need to get back on the horse now. Started listening to an audiobook of "The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg as I want to dive back into studying habits, much more thoroughly this time. I will make a playlist of good books on the topic and just keep listening to them over and over. I'm bringing back a slightly modified version of the habit loop I was using for the morning and evening during my earlier journey which I think did a lot to contribute to the success I had at the time. One part I am leaving out for now is working out as that, plus the nofap habits seem to take far more energy and discipline to keep consistent with for me relative to other habits. I think I can only handle rebuilding one at a time right now. Wish me good habits fellowship!
Approaching end of week 7 - the next 5 weeks are critical but next milestone is to get to Christmas and be totally present for my family, thereafter I need to not binge eat crap, not binge on caffeine, not binge stream, not binge sleep, on the holiday, as the come down from these can be a huge trigger in January. Will work on a solid achievable set of ny resolutions and be setup to embrace the new year with gusto!
