Hey, you’re a whole week into NoFap. It doesn’t ever get easier, but that’s always the hardest part as it takes a week to really build some resilience.

Reward yourself on Day 7 by getting some food with a friend, or set aside the last hour or two of the day to take yourself on a little picnic wt your favorite hiking trail. Take a few pb&js, or bring a hot chocolate with you.
