Urges don't disappear over night (especially if you were a professional wanker) so it can only be good to stay vigilant and prepare ourselves for a potential relapse.So say to yourself that IF you have an urge THEN you'll do something that will put your focus out of that urge, then put it into practice when the urge comes.For exemple, IF I have an urge THEN I take a cold shower, you get the idea.Go ahead and try that !
But then my addiction be like, "IF you have a broken heard, THEN at least go fap to some bikini girls!"
but, if you've acted on it, what was the consequence? Now, acknowledging the bad part, what would happen if you didn't do it? What could you do instead, possibly, regardless of the past, and achieve that? And start working towards it! I like this thread for I once had a thought, after reading some helpful information that said, "if you could do anything you put your heart to, whatever your hearts desire is and it would happen, what would it be?" then it said, "what can you do to work towards it?" And it helped out my mindset a lot. We can see the light at the end of the tunnel sometimes, or are aware of it, or have tasted of it, but what can we do to take the steps necessary to get there?
