Also, earlier today I saw a big beautiful rainbow outside of my window. I started singing "what a wonderful world" and there was a seagull flying by in the distance in a very aesthetic way. However, I try to live in the present moment and now don't care what others think. I'm grateful for having a high metabolism. I've always seen this as a bad thing however, not many people can eat a lot food and not gain as much weight. I can eat loads of junk food without gaining the fat. `

I'm grateful for Avicii for making great music. I'm grateful for it being August. Favourite month of the year both weather wise and for the fact that my birthday is coming up in just over two weeks. Gotta push to kill that social anxiety before then so I can actually do something social for my birthday though.. I'm grateful for having fixed the audio issues I was having with my headphones since upgrading to Windows 10. Sound was ridiculously quiet even at 100% volume, but a driver update has now solved it and it's back where it was.

Lol I'm still using Windows XP second hand but it works fine. I know the support as ended. I didn't install many softwares just the important one oh and you should try blocksi extension for chrome and Firefox. It prevents me from accessing potentially arousing websites

^^ Yeah XP is still a great OS even now what.. 13 years later? Survived the test of time for sure. Blocksi looks interesting, thanks for the suggestion. Previously I've blocked porn sites manually in my hosts file etc because I'm not a fan of installing extra filtering software when I can do it without - but an addon for chrome would be neat, so I'll check that out. I'm grateful for how easy it is to socialise and make friends online. With how bad my social anxiety is right now, I can only imagine the sheer isolation I'd be living in if the internet wasn't the way it was today - I need to be talking to people most of the day, and so the internet has helped a lot during my times of social isolation. I'm grateful for how easy my workout today felt now that I dropped the volume down.. and also for my common sense finally kicking in and telling me I was doing silly volume and should just stick to the workout program rather than trying to modify it when I'm just a beginner and don't really know as much as the person who designed the program ^^ I'm grateful for having done my first ever pullup today! Feels so great, been trying for so long and building up to them with chair-assisted pullups and pullup negatives. When I did my first one today I was in shock because only 2 days ago it was still impossible to me. Here's to hoping soon I'll be able to do multiple ones.
