I am grateful for
Being alive
Having two arms and two legs
Getting melatonin pills, they seem to be helping quite a bit with my sleep

 

I am thankful for discovering nofap.

 

I am grateful that I could help my sister yesterday.
I am grateful for the cold shower I took yesterday.
I am grateful for the nice weather in October.

 

I'm grateful for:
A quiet weekend
Not having wet dreams during the weekend
Finding time to read an interesting book

 

I am grateful for being up early today
I am grateful for having frequent opportunities to learn from others
I am grateful for finally knowing what I want to do with my life

 

I am grateful for
Sticking to a reasonable work schedule
The pills, I’m getting used to them but at leastIm sleeping earlier.
The weekend

 

I am grateful that the Netherlands beat Germany yesterday with 3-0
I am grateful to see some old buddies from my football team yesterday.
I am grateful that I spent yesterday and Friday most of my day with other people.

Going to a friend's wedding

I am thankful that even though I relapsed throughout Saturday, I was able to pick myself up and finish off the weekend on a positive and strong note.
I am grateful for the start of a new week.
I am grateful I met and talked to wonderful people today while helping out a friend on his personal project.

 

I am grateful for coming on this website today, even if it's right before midnight
For being determined to get my studies done
For the party and football game crowd being gone

 

I am grateful for some of the wisdom I gained yesterday.
I am grateful for my relapse yesterday, because it showed me some valuable lessons.
I am grateful for the good night of sleep I had.

I am grateful for developing a strategy to effectively cope with academic stress
