29, dreamed I binged and almost relapsed but woke up and it's only 11 am Off to fight the longest and hardest battle so far Wish me luck soldiers
Day 13 Each day I get out a little more of the tar patch the ugly cloth I put onto my head and submerge with gradually fresher cleaner mind. I am doing this to myself since a long time always processing and now seeing what it does and how much work and endurance it always takes to scrape off the first to become the happy clean fresh me again.
Day 00 checking in. I failed yesterday, it's a little late so I'll talk about it tomorrow. The good news is that I have not tripped over the same stone again and that I have an even better plan of action.
Good to see you back up. Hey Dana, how are you days going? Thats a great mindset friend! Hmm, i have a suggestion. Why dont you break down 100 days in 4 parts, Say go for 25 days first for first phase then 50 and then 75. It will help you in the long run. You can reward yourself after each phase as long as it is not PMO related. CONGRATS ON NEW RANK FRIEND! EVERYONE @frosties HAS ACHIEVED A NEW RANK. IE. ELIGIBLE FOR SPARTAN ARMY. Yeah i understand, i have been having those dreams too. They will come and go, think of it as your mind playing tricks to get back in that zone, but you wont since you are aware now! Going great bro! How was your day Natalie, Everything smooth? Its alright, its a MARATHON remember. BEWARE OF CHASER EFFECT. Take a day or two for self reflection. Hey man, good going. Mind telling us how are your days going? YES! Thats the mindset! Going strong, Keep making goals and achieving them! Its okay, it happens. You have to now take 2 days off for self reflection, build a better plan for yourself, and understand why you failed.
A LITTLE KNOWLEDGE IS DANGEROUS “Every great power is dangerous for the beginner. You must therefore wield them as you are able, but in harmony with nature.” —EPICTETUS, DISCOURSES, 3.13.20 Great teachers are usually hardest on their most promising students. When teachers see potential, they want it to be fully realized. But great teachers are also aware that natural ability and quick comprehension can be quite dangerous to the student if left alone. Early promise can lead to overconfidence and create bad habits. Those who pick things up quickly are notorious for skipping the basic lessons and ignoring the fundamentals. Don’t get carried away. Take it slow. Train with humility.
