    Yo,

    I have heard that the testosterone level of a man will increase after a week of PMO Abstinence. you are strenghter etc.

    but i also read that it will decrease after one week, the testosterone level will fall down again, so its that high like a guy who is consuming porn, masturbating etc.


    in the internet there are so many different and contradictory Posts about this




    What do You think ? i can confirm that i am much stronger after one week, but after that?
