  2. Did the relapse activity relieve the pain?

I was hoping it would, but it didn't. So I'm going to see a doc tomorrow.
Anyone else who experiences testicular pain during/after reboot, watch it carefully and consult your doctor if you feel it is too painful. Take proper medical precautions during your reboot.

Are you sure that it’s not blue balls? It has been known to cause pain

Blue balls usually go away after release, this pain has not gone away.

When i was younger (17-22) I would feel intense testicular pain after 3 days of nofap, which is one reason I never attempted to go more than 3 days. I always used to think 3 days was the maximum amount of time I could ever go without fap. I was worried my balls would explode (not joking). Now I realize 3 days is nothing.

Well I've been having pain on and off down there for a while now and at first, I thought it was blue balls so I dealt with it. Now, just to be safe, I'm going to see a doc tomorrow and make sure everything is ok down there. I would encourage any men who feel pain in that area to do the same. Don't put off testicular pain, it may be a cause of a much larger problem. Get it checked out. Be safe out there.

Especially of the risk of the testicular cancer, yes. Get it checked out

  9. @Trevorphilipz Don't fool around with this. Go to the doctor. Most of the time it's nothing. But, if it is something best to have a painless test known as an ultrasound. It's simple and besides the fact that the ultrasound is placed on your exposed scrotum a very easy test to tolerate - no pain at all.

Don't future trip on this one. Keep the followup appointment with the doctor and find out the results. That's it, nothing more. Don't think it's anything at all - because it normally isn't. But, on the off chance it is, go see the doctor.

Indeed. Even if it turns out to be something minor like blue balls, better to be safe than sorry.

I intend to see the doctor tomorrow to have it checked out. I hope it's something minor and easily fixable, but if it's not, it's a good thing I'm going soon. I think dudes should have regular cancer screenings anyways just to be on the safe side.

  12. Agreed 100% Remember, it's just a screening. The vast majority of the time it's nothing. But, testicular pain like you described will most likely need the ultrasound to determine what it is. It still is most likely going to be nothing.

It's not easy to stay in the moment, I've had tyroid cancer, the tests sucked, the surgery sucked, the treatment sucked. To make it worse every medical professional kept saying, "this is the easy cancer" or "if you have to have cancer this is the one to have". I though up some quick retorts and even used them a few times, but mostly just swallowed it.

So, my point - don't panic. Ever, really don't panic.

Sorry to hear about your cancer struggles. My Grandfather has stomach cancer and also had something wrong with the family jewels. I just want to make sure that I don't have the same issues. I just hope men on this site are aware of their situations and if they have testicular pain, they make sure it isn't something serious. Cancer is a b**ch. I hear a lot about how cannabis oil kills cancer cells, but I don't know how viable that information is. Panic is the worst thing you can do, and coming from someone who has had struggles with anxiety for years, it's not an easy thing to not do.

  15. Blue balls comes with reboot. I wouldn't worry too much in my opinion.

  16. @AcesCracked

    Aces Cracked,

I agree with you when you say, "wouldn't worry too much".

And you are right blue balls do come with a reboot.

But, there is a difference between that heavy painful feeling in the balls from not ejaculating and either finding a painful lump or having a painful spot on a testicle.

I wouldn't ever discourage anyone in a reboot from having a checkup that includes a testicle check.

As my dad says, it's possible for your car and your refrigerator to both break down at the same time - doesn't mean they are related. So, it's possible to be in a reboot and get testicular cancer - not likely, but possible.

I, too, think it's most likely blue balls - but still think a doctor doing the ball check and the turn your head and cough thing is a good idea. Why turn your head? It's rude to cough in the doctor's face.

Went to see the doctor today, got a referral to have an ultra sound done. Just waiting for the results now. I hope that people are prepared, that they know when to shrug off testicular pain and when to get it checked out. It is true that blue balls are a part of rebooting, but if you have persistent pain in that area, a check up couldn't hurt. Especially if you have good insurance. Better safe than sorry. Stay safe everyone.

Always fun to have your testicles turned into pancakes. I’ve had that procedure done. Results were all good. Takes about an hour.

At least they don't need to squish your balls to get good images. That's a positive.

  20. @Trevorphilipz Glad you had the ultrasound done. It doesn't hurt, I've had it done. A bit embarrassing is all.

The hard part is the waiting. Good news is it most likely will be good news. If you have a followup appointment and don't here anything - it's even more likely to be nothing.

And yes, for sure - nobody should ever ignore pain in their testicles. The ultrasound is so easy.

    Good luck,
