Women can be wetter, depending on where they are in their cycle... This is normal, but can also make you more prone to infections because the area is warmer and moist.
Having extra pressure and "feeling a urge" when needing to "go" is also normal.
Men feel extra urgency in the morning and it's actually part of the cause of morning wood.

With frequent PMO I never used to get morning woods. Now I get them pretty much every morning, and I definitely feel horny. The above article clarifies some of the reasons and is more accurate. But anyway this is offtopic to the question at hand.
