Still having issues after what I saw

    So to bring anyone up to date on what I've been experiencing, I found out a 19 yr old dude from my college had sex with my mom. I actually spied on them.
    Since then I keep masturbating to the memory of it.

    Hard to. I've never had sex or been naked with a woman so this is the only time I saw two people totally naked and doing it like maybe 8 feet away. It was live sex and I was peeking in on it. Plus I felt humiliated knowing he's 19 and did my mom. The humiliation now arouses me.

    Oh I think that may be a psychological problem, usually when you see some porn things like naked opposite gender it doesn't have to hurt you by anyway. If you need you can get therapist help, if you feel it left a trauma on your mental health
