Starting NoFap 2nd time but......

    Hi ...i relapsed 3 days ago..after a month of NoFap...the reason is i can't control my Incestous thaughts...i have tried many times to not think about "sex in relationship"...but fail always ...the more i try to not think the more i start thinking...any suggestions

    Keep it easy man. Relapsing happens. Try to understand background of your habits and find your way. You can't just wait and count days - you need to reorganize your life and focus on being better person and have better life.
