Still working on this, it's not easy but nothing worth achieving is! From this point on, I'm gonna fight hard and smart for the "don't touch your member" month, as well as the science survey. For my mental, physical, emotional status and the rest of my personal reasons that I've elaborated before, I won't give NoFap up.

I love science a lot, so this is a TEDxTalks speech by Gary Wilson regarding pornography and the effects on the mind, good motivation and information! HEY, THIS SURVEY IS VERY TRIGGERING, IT MAKES ME GO BACK AND THINK ABOUT AND REMEMBER STUFF THAT I DON'T WANT TO REMEMBER ANYMORE ... I SHOULDN'T FILL IT !!! Damn ...... But i filled it anyway, i dont know about the second part, i will probably not do it...

There was only one warning in the whole survey, about one question, and i skipped the question immediately, without even looking at it. But there were other triggering questions, that had no warnings and were mandatory to answer. I am not doing the second part, thats all i can do.

 

Ah okay. I thought you meant just that one question. Sorry.

Honestly, that triggering question was tough on me, but I got through the rest fine.. But I'm not on the streak you are, so I understand how tough it is for you. Keep up the good work!

I relapsed but the positive things I had fire me up to keep on going till I finally overcome this.

 

I'm in. So far I have not watched P but have visited some twitter pages on purpose. I'm almost at a week strong for the first time in awhile.

 

I will succeed in the month of November!!!

 

Just did part 1 of the survey. Hopefully I can make it the whole month despite 10 days being the farthest I've ever done. I'm really interested in the results. Would be really cool if it were possible to do one at 1 month, 3 months, 6, 9 and 12 of no porn and collecting all the results and see how things change the longer you went without it.

 

8 days completed, getting a little shaky.. I will fight!!!

Made it through the first week. Had many resets on my mindless browsing goal, but have had good success remaining in hard mode. Onwards....

Now at 60 days into my 90-day (medium-term) goal, and after successfully completing the "Orgasmless October" challenge, as well as seeing how so very helpful it is to publicly make such commitments, I am most definitely in for November as well!
