    But I think 11 days must be the longest time without PMO for probably 12 years.
    I lost one battle but I did not loose the war.

    Day 8 feeling good, some urges but Im making sure to keep myself busy these days.
     
  10. Over-confidence and the lack of distractions meant I lost my nerve and relapsed. 38 days, 22 hours. And I had lasted since the start of November. The best I've ever done personal streak-wise and monthly challenge-wise.

    Piece of shit. Will update the counter when I get back on my computer.

    Fell at the half way point. Very frustrating as always but hope to finish clean for the final 2 weeks of the month.

    Hi Guys, I want to sign up for this! I do not have a problem with porn addiction but do fap at least once a day. Often more (weekends!). I have found that this has affected my ability to enjoy intimate contact (not necessarily sex) and has lead to a sort of desensitization (I feel both mentally and physically). I want to remedy this!
    • I am going to abstain from self pleasure. I may indulge in intimate contact with others, should the opportunity arise. But this is fairly unlikely anyway (small town. limited options.)
    • I am going to try the 90 day reboot.
    • I want to increase my physical and mental arousal triggers, and enjoy intimate contact with others again.
    • I think all of the above gives a clear idea of why I want to do this.

    I am still in on the PMO front. I am using my 90 day goal to reinforce completing the November Challenge and the November Challenge to help complete my 90 day goal. Circular logic like that is one of my favorite techniques. I first tried it on a treadmill and found it kind of hilarious that my mind couldn't tell what I was up to. I'd watch calories burned up to a certain point, then switch over to distance (or time) until I made the next target, playing leap frog back and forth. Pretty soon I'd notice I had been on there an hour, burned a lot calories and travelled farther than I thought. Quite like a hamster I felt.
