Self hatred

Feeling like this is a signal of depression, please, search for help. If you don't know how to talk about your problems try writing, it helped me to express what I didn't know how to say. Writing also helps us to process our emotions and experiences (only be careful about privacy)

 

Don't think about if you deserve something good. That's not the point. The point is giving yourself what you need, regardless if you deserve it or not.
