First u must analyze yourself and your habbit What cause you to watch porn? Loneliness? Stress after work or what? Find the trigger and time when u watch it Example,, i ssualy watching porn because stress from work when im alone at night in my bed rooms So to avoid that,i go to the gym almost every night, especially when im stress out U must have a counter strategy to defeat NoFap, goin all out without strateeggy will likely ended up in fail
I agree that you need to identify the trigger and find a way to counter that. You could find a good book, listen to wholesome music, work out, maybe great a new reward system in your mind using these things or favorite foods. When we are lonely, upset, stressed out, or bored, we try to self-sooth through porn because subconsciously we know it will flood our brains with dopamine and we will feel great. However dopamine can be found from other things like building things, art, music, favorite foods etc. So next time, try to create a new reward system in your mind that will replace pornography. Most importantly DON'T GIVE UP!! You've got this! You went 8 days! You don't need that vice in your life! Pick yourself up, forgive yourself, and move forward with new tools for success
