    Hi.
Am past 100 days without porn, having quite regular sex with my gf, someday very good someday not so good.
Yesterday I got triggered, but didn't look at porn, I used to chat a lot on a cuckold site and that was my main addiction.
Some of those chats came to my head last night while trying to sleep and I couldn't. Early morning I had a wet dream about the same and probably I myself in half sleep half dreams or something and I ejaculated.
I am feeling excessively low and I don't know what to do. Did I relapse? Did I reset my progress? How do I recover or go about this?

Were you consciously aware of fapping? If not, I would say it was merely a wet dream. You determine what’s a reset for you. However, watch the fantasizing. It doesn’t lead to good things.

Be happy man! I would love to have a wet dream. I had once which was odd. Hoping for a good one.

Well I was aware I was masturbating, well was merely a couple of touches at max. But I was still in half dream, half conscious state. So I don't know where to place it.

Well I think, it wasn't a relapse or reset or anything. Pied seems to be gone a lot too. But the problem is am still insanely addicted to the cuckold fetish I have and it does not go away anyway

Wet dreams are never a relapse or reset. They are not even a setback, but the body and brain's own mechanism of rewiring and recovering, bringing mind and male biology back to equilibrium again. It doesn't need any assistance or preoccupation from us. The mind and body take care of themselves, and you were fortunate that your natural mechanisms kicked in gear (and you didn't need to resort to self-help). Your mind/body are all the more effective in self-healing when you're no longer injuring it by addictive behaviors of self-abuse and new poisoning of your mind. If anything, you mind is regurgitating out past poison (past images) and rewiring those past images accordingly. This is what recovery and brain rewiring do! You should not be feeling low (a result of misinterpretation of events), but should be on a happy recovery high, if anything. Best wishes!

I relapsed twice I dunno I feel am again falling into the rabbit hole after 4 months of recovery. I tried avoiding it a lot, had sex multiple time the day before to reach that domapine high and didn't get it I think, and that caused me to relapse.

If I had sex several times in a day, I would be dead. Seriously though, most guys report a chaser effect for a day or two after having sex. So while it does provide that release, it also increases the desire for more.
