REGRET

    So today I was just scrolling my phone & I saw pictures of my highschool days.
    And oh man when I look back at it, I am just filled with intense regret.
    Regret of not talking with a lot of people & making more friends, especially with my seniors. I had 0 senior friends during my highschool years & a lot of them were really great people & some of the girls there were about the prettiest I have ever seen even now.
    I was also never the type to involve myself in events or take part in some school functions as I was not aware that, that is how you meet and make different friends.

    If any of you readers are still in your highschool, please try to participate in certain functions not for the sake of it but see it as an opportunity to make friends with your juniors or seniors. Otherwise Its really gonna hurt when you open your whatsapp or phone & have no one to talk or text with

    The biggest gift we can give young people is to spread the word. Porn addiction is real. It's not a moral issue. It's a health issue. You live in an alternate reality of arousal addiction when you are a porn addict. It will give you ED, it will give you hair loss, and it will affect the way you interact with human beings

    I don't think it's a good idea to regret the past, the past is the past and all we have is the present. I would also suggest that you're not talking about the past but your memory of the past. Other people who went to your school might view things differently. The people who had friends may not have enjoyed themselves because they were being pressurised into doing things they didn't want to do by their friends. Then again maybe they did but you can know for sure.

    I think it's best if we all try to live our best lives now.
