  Never Watch (porn), Never Touch (your penis)
  Never read (a sexy article), Never think ( of a porn scene or likewise) Never search (porn) Never do (masturbating)
  This is my 6N rule, I always remember and follow this rule. it helps a lot. you don't have to regret, just find out the reasons of why you looked at porn then make a commitment to never watch it again.
