Under Forums, there is a category "Reboot Logs" - find the subforum there that matches your demographics. Start a thread there - that is your journal. At least that's what I've seen most people doing - but I'm new too. Welcome, and congrats on taking that big first step!
Yes @Immature is correct . Thanks, I've been using Boromir as a birthday meme for so long when congratulating people on Facebook. It only seemed fitting to use it as an avatar . An yes LOTR is great, I need to watch the trilogy in christmas again .

Im also new here been strugling with pmo, for several years now, i have 4 days today but I'm not feeling much better yet, I don' know if it takes a few days to start feeling better but I'm not going to give in to my temptation, even if my mind is telling me is ok to watch p because it will make me feel better.
