    Am Andy.. .I have been masturbating for eight years now and am tired but am finding it difficult to quit. I have tried so many times and but I keep on going back to it .I have no self confidence again, I suffer from depression almost all the time and I want to come back to my real self.

    Yeah I do. I need help. I think it has taken control of my life. I do pray but I keep on going back to it. But I strongly believe I will be free one day.
