Hi, It is confusing at first on what to do here. Go to Forums then reboot logs https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php#reboot-logs.8 and pick the right group. You can start a thread and write in it any time. Read other threads as well and follow/watch the ones you like. Also, it is good to join a challenge, under Forums / Challenges, which you also go to each day and update.
Hey @Robinkumar , You can also add a link to your journal via your profile in "personal details". After you create the journal, copy the link in your browser and paste it in the box for profile. --> L
