Preparation for Hell Weeks

    Hello Gents and Ladies
    I hope you all doing good especially in these times!

    I thought now it's the perfect time for this kind of challenge! It will be a sport challenge. Mainly swimming and running.

    Cause the Hell Weeks I have in mind will be brutal I thought it would better when we do some preparations.

    This challenge will last till 8th of June. On 8th of June the 1st Hell Week will start.

    The challenge for now is to run for 7 days each day 5k. There is no time limit. But you need to run daily! There are no achievements or ranks.
    If you fail or quit you are out! No second chance!
    After each day you need to post a screenshot of your fitness app/watch or equivalent to prove that you really did it!

    The challenge is starting NOW!

    So first day done ! :) 5k done! Went not to hard on the first try haha also my heartbeat was all over the place as you can see on the screenshots

    2 Day ! :) Went better this time! Heart Rate was more steady aswell!

    Day 3 ! I faced some difficulties but overall performance had increased!

    Day 4. Performance ok but could be better! The next few days will be brutal it's gonna rain heavily

    Day 5! Felt really great today! I had better control over my breathing which makes a big difference!
    Bad news my garmin watch is telling me that I'm over-training and that I should have a rest...
    I'll decide tomorrow if I gonna rest a day of course I would fail the challenge
