    A little more than one week down. How is everyone doing? Throwing in some extra challenges has been good for me. I am not goofing up or overextending as much as I did in prior months.

    Im in im a new member and 14 years old and i will stop myself from having pmo its the best for me and my social life. Im at 4 days now gonna go for a month and extend if i can do it ill do HARD MODE

    Day 31 and so far I dont see where this streak will end. Urges come and go but so far Ive managed to kill them and get my mind right.

    Little over a week in now. I just wanted to say that I am doing really well. I hope all of you are also doing well, and can manage to push through any cravings you are feeling. In the end, this will be worth it.

    Sorry to say this (I failed this PMO challenge, #FAIL): I got a relapse yesterday so counter is on 0 again. i still want to make a new streak during the remianing of this month. I am not saying this because I am pitiful or I don need pity (none of those things help or are even enjoyable to be received). I think honestly admiting the mistakes* is part of the challenge here. Admit the mistakes and continue working.

    *That is not to say "I screwed up already so bring on the porn". On the contrary, I had a slip, and I have to get back on the game as soon as possible.

    Day 37 almost done, I feel just normal. No difficulties but I need to stay focussed when the urges come.

    Day 39, I gave in today. Binged (5 times) today.

    Starting fresh again so tomorrow will be day 1 again. This was my longest streak in 4 YEARS so Im pretty happy with that. Need to create momentum to keep my new streak going like this last one.

    Checking in to say things are going great here. Something about the challenge and not wanting to embarrass myself here may have been just what I needed. I haven't hit 30 days in so many months, and it feels absolutely amazing. Thank you for this thread.

    A few of my initial commitments and results worth commenting on looked like this:
    • No TV (including internet TV shows this time) - Easy but had a few urges. Success.
    • No Movies - Surprisingly difficult. Urges to watch movies grew as month continued. Success
    • No social media of any type (Youtube allowed for educational purposes). Success - only use for educational purposes anyhow.
    • No deliberate losing myself in sexual fantasy (takes me about 20-60 seconds for me to realize what I am doing). Success, mindfulness working well.
    • No caffeine (stopped 11/27 and need a break). Failure. Made it about two weeks then caved.
    Overall, I planned a sort of gentle monk mode introduction that went pretty well overall. Main failure was on the caffeine front. 4/5 on things that I struggled with. To 2016 we head.
