Hi guys, I am new to the community. Before this, I have researched tons and tons about negative effects on porn on your mind, body, relationships, etc. Now, currently my longest streak has been 11 days and I am trying to break that. Much more than that I feel like I just wanna completely get off of it but I cant keep up to the new habits that I form and eventually porn gets back in! So, that's where I am in my NOFAP JOURNEY!
