No MO until you get laid challenge (for beginners and introverts)

I approached one girl at the buffet today, but didn't introduce myself or anything. Don't know if that counts.

Needless to say, approaching girls at the beach is a lot harder than in college, cause you never know how old they are. At the beach, a girl could look 18, but be a 13 year old child. Or, she could look 22, but be a 30 year old mother of 3. It's dangerous to approach the wrong person.

 

Talked to a girl in the hotel gym today. (She was a drop-dead gorgeous baddie.) Asked her to spot me on the bench press. Chatted with her a little bit, asked her name, and introduced myself to her. After that, we each went back to exercising on our own machines. This part went really well. However, I wanted to ask for her number on my way out, but I got too scared of doing it in the end. Perhaps I'll see her at the beach or at the buffet, and I'll say hi.

Feels like a bittersweet victory over my social/approach anxiety.

I hit a milestone yesterday - I asked a girl out for the first time since I started this specific challenge (I've asked plenty of girls out before this challenge, but I would always get super nervous each time, which would usually result in rejection.)

I walked up to a girl at the pool and asked her to look after my phone. I took a swim, and then started talking to her when I got out. Then I told her that I'd be at the beach at a certain hour, if she'd like to join.

She didn't show up in the end, but that's not a big deal.

I just got back from vacation. Before I left, I asked a girl I knew to take care of my pet (a small rodent). I think I like her, and she seems at least a little interested in me. Before I left, I asked if she wanted to hang out in the next few days, and she said "Yeah, totally!" I'll probably call her in the next day or two to confirm if/when/where we'll "hang out".

 

Ok. Since I already completed a 90 day reboot several months ago, I'm making the decision to end this challenge due to very painful "blue balls" (which I haven't experienced before now). Before making this decision, I read some studies that say that excessive SR can cause abdominal and testicular pain (which is exactly what I'm experiencing rn). I will only practice MO in moderation to prevent "blue balls." I will also continue improving my social skills with girls as before. I will also continue my commitment to not watch any P in my life.

 

I ended the challenge a few minutes ago. The pain has gone down a little bit, but still very painful.

 

The pain is 90% gone. I don't know if ending the challenge was a mistake.

 

According to the NoFap founders, the NoFap website is anti P, but not anti MO. They say that they only encourage temporary abstinence from MO. I absolutely agree that P ruins everything, and I won't ever watch it again. I've never watched it since I quit cold turkey almost 7 months ago. MO "in moderation" means no more than 1 time per day, and only after meeting all of the goals I set for myself that day (including my goal of talking to at least 10 women per day, once I return to college).

I introduced myself and my gym bro to her, and she said she went there every other day. I told her I go almost every day around the same time. Hopefully I'll see her again one of these days and I'll ask her out.
