Hi everyone, I'm new to NoFap. I've been a porn addict for the past five years and haven't been able to quit watching porn though however hard I try. I got to know about this site through a video in YouTube. I'm glad to know that there is a community of members fighting against this addiction and I'm glad to be a part of this community. With the help of all you NoFap and all everyone here, hopefully I'll be able to be free from this bondage.

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

I haven't had a strategy yet. Can I have some ideas please or a link to a forum?

    Ho
How do I start a rebooting program, I mean how can I keep a schedule or a journal for a 90 days reboot program?

There is no official sign up. You go to the Reboot Logs and find your age group and begin a thread which is your journal. You then update your journal as often as you can, preferably daily. Paste a link to your journal here so that we can find your journal and encourage you along your journey.
